Every few months a friend of mine takes "his sweetie" and goes up to Harrison Hot Springs for a weekend Retreat, and he comes back refreshed, renewed and reinvigorated. He loves the town, the resort the way he is treated and he says pampered.
The last time I went to Harrison was about ten years ago and had been thinking about going up for a break in the Spring after we returned from Australia. So, I was surprised today to receive the following email and I would have not acted on it, except for the high praises my friend has for this resort. So for all you sonic boomers and my friend I am passing this information along and I hope you all enter the contest
Hi Royce,
I thought your readers might be interested in a giveaway hosted by Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa (http://www.harrisonresort.com/). Catered to the 60 plus crowd, we’re asking sonic boomers to share a

We’re encouraging followers of the Facebook page to “like” their favourite post. Theperson with the most “likes” will receive a getaway package (http://bit.ly/csZyYc ) for two to stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa.

I AM A SONIC BOOMER, NOT A SENIOR... In this blog, I am writing to and for those who believe that the Boomers will change what the word Senior means. I also believe that Boomers will change what retirement means in our society. The blog is also for those who are interested in what life after retirement may look like for them. In this blog, I highlight and write about issues that I believe to be important both for Seniors and working Boomers.
