Today is the first day of the new year for my family and friends in Australia and New Year's Eve day for the rest of us. My wish is that you have a happy, healthful, and joyful 2022 filled with love, friends and family. This is also the time of year for New Years Resolutions, which for many are broken by the end of January. However, hope springs eternal in us. So, here are some simple changes or resolutions you can make that will help you have a happy, health and joyful 2022
Some good healthy habits you can start implementing today that
are not too hard to keep are:
· Drink water throughout the day. You can carry a
water bottle with you to make it easier.
· Eat plenty of whole foods such as vegetables throughout
the day.
· Ditch the sugar and junk food or at least cutback
