Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature.... Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
Helen Keller, The Open Door (1957)
I went to the Giggle Dam Dinner Theater and was impressed by the talented people working there. Fun and laughter made the evening wonderful, the fact that you have the opportunity to be involved in the show made the night both exciting and fun. I was interested in how some of the audience reacted to being chosen to take part, some seemed to relish the limelight and get into the action, and others looked like they wanted to hide in their chairs and disappear. There was no security in being an audience member and being entertained like most dinner theaters. The show was a bid risque, full of innuendo and sly remarks, which made it more enjoyable. So if you are welcome life as a daring adventure, then I would recommend the Giggle Dam Dinner Theater.for a fun night out.
I AM A SONIC BOOMER, NOT A SENIOR... In this blog, I am writing to and for those who believe that the Boomers will change what the word Senior means. I also believe that Boomers will change what retirement means in our society. The blog is also for those who are interested in what life after retirement may look like for them. In this blog, I highlight and write about issues that I believe to be important both for Seniors and working Boomers.
