Stress and life

Believe me, I know all about stress. I know the sense of frustration that can happen when plans don't work out the way we planned. I know the attractions of giving up and slinking away into space.

But the good news is you know that you worked on this aspect of the plan while in advance. Frustration and stress are all part of what you saw in your vision about how to achieve the results you need. You knew this might happen. The sense of frustration you feel and the stress you are under will soon be gone if you stick to your plan.

Plans that work require great thinking and
thinking thoughts you've never thought before, so you are on track. Keep persevering.

In case you were wondering

In case you were wondering, last time I checked we are all blessed with the ability to take as many second chances as we need.  There are still, for those who have not yet found their true love, or soul mate as many opportunities for new romances as there are stars in the sky.  Our thoughts can still fly on gossamer wings.
Cole Porter said it best "It was just one of those things" in his great song. For those of you who don't know the song, here is a link and the words are below:

As Dorothy Parker once said to her boyfriend,
“Fare thee well,"
As Columbus announced when he knew he was bounced,
“It was swell, Isabelle, swell,"
As Abelard said to Heloise,
“Don’t forget to drop a line to me, please,"
As Juliet cried in her Romeo’s ear,
“Romeo, why not face the fact, my dear?”

REFRAIN
It was just one of those things,
Just one of those crazy flings,
One of those bells that now and then rings,
Just one of those things.
It was just one of those nights,
Just one of those fabulous flights,
A trip to the moon on gossamer wings,
Just one of those things.
If we’d though a bit
Of the end of it,
When we started painting the town,
We’d have been aware
That our love affair
Was too hot not to cool down.
So goodbye, dear, and amen.
Here’s hoping we meet now and then,
It was great fun,

But it was just one of those things.
Our dreams still can become something,
whom all the elements bow.

Thoughts become things

Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive because your words become your behaviour. Keep your behaviour positive because your behaviour becomes your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny. Mahatma Gandhi

According to the modern sciences, it has been proven that thoughts do transform, or rearrange and set into motion the particles in our brains to create a specific mental state. This state produces an effect on your physical body.

When your thoughts become creative you bring results into your life which at first will appear to you just incredible, unexpected, extraordinary and fabulous. Every move of the method which transforms your thoughts into things is made in accordance with natural law.

People whose thoughts are not creative think that the things would have happened to them anyway. They do not understand that we control what happens due to the forces of our mind. The belief that things would have happened anyway allows people to become negative and lazy.  If I believe I have no control over my life then I start to take things good and bad as they come and I do not make any effort to improve. I know there are some things I cannot control in my life, but I can control how I react to these things.

When you make your thoughts positive and creative, you can do wonders in your life, because you can create for yourself.  We all love to be around, positive, creative people, when your thoughts become creative, you draw people to you

If you know what you want, and you can remember that "thoughts become things" is the only absolute law at play in time and space, what else matters but what you choose to think today.

"The past is over, so it has no power now. The thoughts of this moment create my future."
Louise Hay

Do you daydream?

When I was young, I used to daydream a lot. I remember lying on the grass, daydreaming about the clouds and the stories that the shapes of the clouds created in my mind. I also remember getting in trouble at school, for gazing out the window, thinking of something more pleasant as the teacher droned on about dangling participles.  Daydreams are an important magic that your mind creates that allows you to see in a different way.

Daydreaming for me is usually a short escape from my surroundings, during which I capture a visionary fantasy, usually one of happy, cheerful thoughts, hopes or ambitions, which I have pictured as coming to pass.

Children should be encouraged to daydream, I believe it is great for your soul as well as your mind. Daydreaming, I think, allows me to stay on task, even when I am focused on many things. New research suggests that if you are able to daydream and keep your focus on other tasks you probably have a strong working memory. Allowing your mind to wander and to daydream is giving your working memory a workout.

One sign of reaching understanding, other than auras, ringing bells, and a restorative touch, is that you start appreciating quiet daydreaming as much as you appreciate planning.

Another is that you begin speaking kindly not only to flowers and trees but to automobiles, toasters and other machines.

And, for some reason, you feel gratitude for your current problems and challenges, and compassion for those who don't understand that they need service in their work.
