Women are stronger than men

I thought I would pass this on, it was posted by my cousin and it was written in Romanian by Alexander Chermeleu.  Any words I have added if any are in italics.

I am a man, but I am not ashamed to say it: Women are stronger than men. Sometimes you stay stupid when you see how much a woman can take. Weeks, months and years, good years in which many men would capitulate before the weather.

Women are strong. Damn strong. We don't talk about those "Divas" that spend half their lives in clubs/restaurants or through foreign countries in search of sponsor or live their lives to the fullest. We talk about real women, those women who are like a lion's heart. Or like a Shiatzu, you see attacking the Pitbull’s throat. No matter what the Shiatzu is 5 times smaller than he is and that the Pitbull may be 5 times stronger than him the Shiatzu still defends. Women are strong in the morning, at noon and they are strong during the week but also on the weekend. When they are worshiped but also when they are not.

Women are strong when they make go to the market alone and when they wipe their tears, all alone. They are strong when the man in their lives forgot to be a man. When they change their role but don't forget their family. When they go to work and after a rough day of running or squeezing and grinding your brains in an office stained by the ego of a lecherous boss, they still find their power to wash the dishes, do a load of wash and stretch a warm meal.

I have not forgotten the women who have children. While she does homework with them, he's with friends drinking. While she makes their backpack, he now starts his training at the gym. When she wakes up at 4 am, in her thought, there was only one song: “Sleep costica, sleep! Asleep I got you, asleep I'll find you!".

So much for Atlas and Hercules. Newer Xena makes them all seem weak. Women are much stronger than men Very rarely you will see women who will "shoot" weights at the gym. But there are a lot of women who "shoot" after the children, home, table, expenses and lead in the back infinitely more. Real weights don't stand on a stand. Real weights are daily ones. That's being strong That means being... Woman!

I admire the sentiment Axlendar has and to make his thoughts more accurate, I am including his original thoughts below and those of you who read Romanian can see how good or bad the translation above is.

Sunt puternice in timpul săptămânii dar si in Weekend.
In gândul ei, nu răsuna decât o singura melodie: „Dormi Costică, dormi! Adormit te-am luat, adormit te voi găsi!”. 😊

Femeie! (Alexandru Chermeleu)

5 Fact checking sites to use

Have you ever received a Facebook post or a Tweet from a well-meaning friend or relative that appears to be reasonable and true on a quick read and you send it on? I used to that but I try not to do it anymore.  There is so much fake information masquerading as the truth that we need to be careful about what we send out to our friends and family. The fake news is designed to hit our hot buttons, getting us to react with emotion and to take action. I have issues that I am passionate about as do most of us, and we do react when our hot buttons are pushed.

I am recommending that before you send on the news you have just received you take the time to check to see if it is true or fake. By doing so, you will save yourself from being embarrassed, when your friends tell you and everyone you have sent the news to that it is fake. Here are the top 5 fact-checking resources that will help you determine if the information you just received is true or false.

SOS approach to life

An Airbus 380 is on its way across the Atlantic. It flies consistently at 800 km/h in 30,000 feet, when suddenly a Eurofighter with Tempo Mach 2 appears.

The pilot of the fighter jet slows down, flies alongside the Airbus and greets the pilot of the passenger plane by radio: "Airbus flight, a boring flight isn’t it? Take care and have a look here!”

He rolls his jet on its back, accelerates, breaks through the sound barrier, rises rapidly to a dizzying height, only to swoop down almost to sea level in a breathtaking dive. He loops back next to the Airbus and asks, "Well, how was that?"

The Airbus pilot answers: "Very impressive, but now have a look here!"

The jet pilot watches the Airbus, but nothing happens. It continues to fly stubbornly straight, with the same speed. After five minutes, the Airbus pilot radioed, "Well, what are you saying now?"

The jet pilot asks confused: "What did you do?" The other laughs and says, "I got up, stretched my legs, went to the back of the flight to the bathroom, got a cup of coffee and a cinnamon cake and made an appointment with the stewardess for the next three nights - in a 5 Star hotel, which is paid for by my employer. "

The moral of the story is:
When you are young, speed and adrenaline seem to be great. But as you get older and wiser, comfort and peace are not to be despised either.

This is called S.O.S.: Slower, Older, Smarter.

Dedicated to all my friends who like me likes the S.O.S. approach!
